Role Responsibilities

• Building relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency needs
• Acting as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor
• Processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
• Achieving performance goals related to procedures, operations, and customer service
• Managing online FX requests and deliveries
• Adhering to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards

Candidate Requirements

• Numerically proficient, comfortable handling large cash and currency volumes
• IT skills, familiar with computer and till systems (full training provided)
• Excellent communication skills, relationship builder, good listener
• Driven to succeed, enthusiastic about making a positive impact

Interview Process
