Travel Sales Support Consultant - Cheshire / Hybrid

Salary and benefits: Up to £25,000 plus excellent industry benefits.
Contract length: Permanent, Full time.
Location: Cheshire, Greater Manchester.

We’re looking for an experienced travel industry sales support or administration professional to join a growing travel organisation as a Travel Sales Support Consultant. This varied and really interesting role offers a Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm working week on a hybrid basis, and will suit those with exceptional administration support skills gained within the travel industry.

Successful candidates will be responsible for checking and issuing invoices and tickets, assisting with changes from suppliers and other ad-hoc admin/support duties, ensuring all runs smoothly once the booking has been made by the customer.

Role of Travel Sales Support Consultant:
  1. Checking and issuing invoices and tickets
  2. Booking extra services post booking for clients
  3. Checking final documentation
  4. Delivering high levels of customer service and accuracy
  5. Other administrative and post-sale tasks as needed
Skills required for the role:
  1. A high level of administration support experience, gained within the travel sector
