Job description

We are excited to be hiring for a highly successful and rapidly growing international special interest tour operator. Are you a Travel Sales Consultant looking for a new exciting challenge and be part of a team that is growing with ambitious plans for the future? We are keen to speak to Travel Sales Consultants from a luxury travel background with an understanding of luxury travel clientele.

The role:
  1. Converting enquiries into sales
  2. Invoicing, bookings administration and ensuring their timely payment
  3. Responding to incoming and generating outgoing client communications
  4. Maintaining client databases
  5. Compiling and production of tour booklets
  6. Generation and management of pre and post tour correspondence and setting up of client tour apps
  7. Managing the office environment
Skills required:
  1. Experience in the travel industry and an understanding of luxury travel clientele
  2. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively to avoid unnecessary overtime
  3. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  4. Strong numeracy, literacy, and sales skills
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher)
The Package:
  1. Up to £30,000 dependent on experience
  2. Monday - Friday working hours (onsite)
  3. 25 days of paid annual leave
  4. Company profit-related bonus scheme
  5. Company pension scheme
  6. Free Parking and subsidised travel with suppliers
