Mission:

To provide exceptional service to L'Oréal Group customers and achieve sales targets.

To be successful, you should:

1. Ability to work flexibly during retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the airport is open long hours every day of the year.
2. Have a desire to learn fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques to provide the best results for clients.
3. Generate sales to achieve sales targets by applying multi-brand selling methods, product knowledge, and following basic service flow.
4. Be comfortable to traffic stop when relevant to share L'Oréal group beauty with more people.
5. Ability to use POS software and other digital systems required to successfully run the counter.
6. Maintain the counter/store quality and merchandising, including appearance and cleanliness, following merchandising guidelines, and ensuring on-shelf product availability.
7. Develop positive relationships with airport floor managers and head office.
8. Be a brand ambassador with your attitude, eventing, and on-brand grooming.
9. Convey passion and master storytelling.
10. Connect with our clients and care, providing good solutions and after-sales service.
