To provide exceptional service to L'Oréal Group customers and achieve sales targets.

To be successful, you should:

• Be able to work flexibly during retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays due to airport operating hours.
• Have a desire to learn product features, benefits, usage, and application techniques.
• Generate sales by applying multi-brand selling methods and product knowledge.
• Be comfortable engaging with customers to share L'Oréal beauty products.
• Be proficient in POS software and digital systems.
• Maintain store quality, appearance, and product availability.
• Develop positive relationships with airport floor managers and head office.
• Be a brand ambassador through attitude, grooming, and event participation.
• Convey passion and master storytelling.
• Connect with clients, provide solutions, and offer after-sales service.
