WHSmith Retail Assistant at Toddington Services, M1 J11/12, Dunstable. Join moto's team to deliver WHSmith’s travel essentials and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

The role offers a £12.90 per hour rate, flexible shifts between 7am and 11pm, a mixture of weekdays and weekends, weekly pay, and benefits including a discretionary Christmas bonus, staff discounts, and opportunities for funded qualifications.

Qualifications

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Processing orders and requests efficiently and on time.
• Maintaining brand standards to the level customers expect.
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset.
• Receiving deliveries and replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability.
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Maintaining supervision of our adult gaming areas.
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork.
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for.
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade.
