Moto Hospitality at Toddington Services (M1 J11/12, Dunstable) is hiring a WHSmith Retail Assistant for night shifts 11pm–7am. Salary is £14.90 per hour, with weekly pay and an opportunity to join a friendly, customer‑focused team.

You will greet customers, process orders, replenish displays, receive deliveries, keep the store clean, and help deliver a memorable travel‑friendly experience for every visitor.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Able to work night shifts and flexible hours.
• Maintain a welcoming and well-presented store environment.

What you’ll be doing as a Retail Assistant:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Receiving deliveries and replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Maintaining supervision of our adult gaming areas
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
