Job Title – Travel Planning Assistant – Music Sector

Department/Sector – Travel

Job Location – London – Shoreditch

Salary – £25k-£30k

Our client is an international entertainment and music management company that was established ten years ago.

They are recruiting a travel planning assistant who will be maintaining the artist’s calendars and ensuring special attention is paid to artist’s preferences in terms of travel.

In the role you will be booking travel and accommodation for artists – again paying special attention to each artist’s individual preferences.

The role includes checking artists in online and coordinating boarding passes. Another part of the role is coordinating ground transportation including preferred cars.

Responsibilities
  1. Creating itineraries
  2. Live show advancing
  3. Coordinating set times and making sure enough time is allocated for each leg of each journey
  4. Discussing running order of each show with managers
  5. Working closely with touring managers and coordinating sound checks with artists
  6. Scheduling interviews with artists at shows
  7. Arranging buy outs for dinners
  8. Sorting artist visas and having general awareness of the countries visas are needed
  9. Passports – making sure all artist and crew passports are in date, and coordinating renewal and second passports
  10. Knowledge of simple PNL and budgets
  11. Using touring app Master Tour as and when needed
