• 2+ years’ experience servicing high-performance individuals in luxury travel.
• Passion for curating bespoke travel and premium escapes.
• Ability to work with modern systems and high velocity.
• Willingness to own projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch travel experiences for a global membership.
• Build relationships with top-tier travel partners.
• Contribute to operational infrastructure and product feedback.
• Attend high-budget FAM trips to deepen network.
• Collaborate with AI system Nova to enhance member experience.
