U Travel 360 Limited is expanding, and we’re looking for a smart, experienced, and reliable Travel Manager to lead our operations and support our mission of delivering high-quality, unique travel experiences.

This isn’t a basic admin role, we want someone who understands the travel industry from the inside, can manage bookings, build strong packages, handle clients, work with suppliers, and think strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage full travel packages (flights, hotels, transfers, activities)

Handle group bookings, VIP clients, and seasonal campaigns

Communicate with suppliers and negotiate competitive rates

Manage customer inquiries and ensure smooth travel experiences

Stay on top of travel trends and recommend new package ideas

What We’re Looking For:

Solid experience in travel or tourism (agency, OTA, or similar)

Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability

Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.) is a plus

Having your own client database is a strong advantage

Confident, proactive, and solution-focused

Based in the UK or available to work UK hours
