Job Description:

We are offering a new opportunity for an Online Solutions and Implementations Support Executive. Working as part of a small team, the Online Solutions and Implementations Support Executive will be involved in all aspects of travel technology, with a strong focus on online client services, including implementing and supporting corporate online booking tools.

The successful candidate will possess a mix of IT and communication skills, be self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. They should also be proactive in suggesting new ideas and assisting with the identification and implementation of new technologies.

Responsibilities include:
  • Implementing and supporting online services: corporate self-booking tools and online management information reports
  • Providing technical presentations and training to corporate clients
  • Offering technical support and training across all company departments
  • Managing Microsoft Office 365
  • Maintaining and developing the company intranet site
  • Collaborating with the Director of Technology on technical projects
  • Liaising with technical suppliers
  • Participating in Business Disaster Recovery procedures
  • Assisting with IT troubleshooting

The Package:

Salary: £45,000
