Our client, a leading travel company based in London, is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Groups Operations / Travel Coordinator FRENCH speaker to join their operations team.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary and a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to balance your time between the office and working from home.

As a Groups Operations / Travel Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's group travel services.

Your primary responsibility will be to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate all aspects of group travel, from initial enquiries to post-trip follow-ups. You will be responsible for managing group bookings, creating itineraries, and ensuring that all arrangements meet our client's high standards of quality and customer service.

To excel in this role, you must be fluent in both English and French, as you will be communicating with clients from various French-speaking countries. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure will be essential to your success in this fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
