Trailfinders in Oxford is seeking well-travelled, confident individuals to join our team of travel consultants. You will focus on building lasting client relationships and delivering exceptional travel experiences.

We offer a competitive salary, with an uncapped incentive scheme and opportunities for real career progression through internal promotions for specialist and senior sales roles. After 2 years' service, salaries typically exceed £44,000–£49,000 depending on location.

We offer a competitive salary; after 2 years' service we would expect consultants to be earning in excess of £44,000 - £49,000 (location dependent) including an uncapped incentive scheme plus performance related promotions and real career advancement opportunities based on a policy of internal promotion for all specialist and senior sales positions and internal recruitment for many of our head office roles in London.
