Travelbag is seeking experienced Travel Consultants who are passionate about travel and customer service. Based in Knutsford and Chester, these roles offer lucrative commission opportunities and support through a structured training program. Ideal candidates will possess experience in selling long haul destinations, exceptional customer service skills, and a drive to meet targets.

We are now recruiting experienced Travel Consultants to join our team of experts at our stores in Knutsford and Chester.
To be considered, you need experience selling long haul destinations and tailor-made holidays. You should have exceptional customer service skills, be driven by your passion for travel, and motivated to meet and exceed targets. GDS experience would be an advantage.

We offer a lucrative uncapped commission scheme with an average of £24K in commission on top of your base salary; top performers can average £55K. Depending on experience, your first-year OTE can be a minimum of £35K, rising to £39K in the second year.
Thanks to Travelbag's regular marketing activity, you'll have plenty of customer enquiries to follow up. You'll build fantastic relationships with customers, whether face-to-face or over the phone, encouraging repeat business. Our high number of repeat customers is something we're very proud of.
Our recruitment process includes an initial online 'Get to know Travelbag' session, a recorded video interview, and an in-person interview at the store.
When you join, you'll undergo a 4-week interactive training period with our in-house team, followed by ongoing support, product knowledge sessions, and industry events with prizes to win.
Our Travel Consultants work 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, with hours from 9am to 6pm, and extended hours during peak periods.
