We are now recruiting for experienced Travel Consultants to join our team of experts at our store in Cobham.
To be considered, you need to have experience of selling long haul destinations and tailor-made holidays. You need to have exceptional customer service skills, be driven by your passion for travel, and motivated to meet and exceed your targets. GDS experience would also be an advantage.

We offer a lucrative uncapped commission scheme with an average commission of £24K on top of your base salary, with top performers earning around £55K in commission. Depending on experience, in your first year you can expect a minimum OTE of £35K, rising to £39K in Year 2.
Thanks to Travelbag's regular marketing activity, you'll always have plenty of customer enquiries to follow up. You'll build fantastic relationships with your customers, whether face-to-face or over the phone, encouraging repeat business. Our impressive number of repeat customers is something we're incredibly proud of.
Our recruitment process includes an online 'Get to know Travelbag' session, a recorded video interview, and an in-person interview at the store.
When you join, you'll undergo a 4-week interactive training period with our in-house team, followed by ongoing product and destination training, supplier events, and support from your manager.
Our Travel Consultants work 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7, from 9 am to 6 pm. During peak periods, we may open until 9 pm to meet customer demands.
