Job Description:

• Working in a Retail Travel store, dealing with customers face to face and over the phone, offering excellent customer service.
• Quoting a wide range of holidays from packages to tailor-made to suit your customers' needs.
• Converting quotes into confirmed bookings and working to exceed sales targets.
• Keeping your product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company's destinations.
• Working hours vary dependent on the branch but are usually Monday - Sunday daytime hours with weekends on a rota basis (some branches may require evenings on a rota basis too).
• Lead with exceptional customer service and have a real passion for people.

Experience Required:

We are seeking candidates that have previous experience as a Travel Agent, looking for a new challenge and a company they can develop with. However, consideration will be given to those candidates that are seeking a career in the Travel Industry and can demonstrate their commitment to this. For example, those candidates who have travelled extensively and have target-driven sales experience, as well as those candidates in related industries such as cabin crew, hotel reservations, airport check-in, etc.
