Job summary

At TUI, our Washington store is hosting an Apprentice Travel Advisor role as part of a two-year apprenticeship programme. You will learn to become a destination expert, recommending and selling holidays, cruises and UK breaks while placing customers at the heart of our business.

Expect a varied shift pattern, with weekends, bank holidays and evenings. You’ll receive training on multiple systems and ongoing coaching to achieve the Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification, along with development

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and genuine passion for tourism.
• Willingness to learn and achieve Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.
• Able to work varying shifts including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and colleagues and sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks and related products.
• Aim to exceed sales targets; support customers face-to-face and virtually.
• Handle questions or complaints with support from colleagues and learn on systems.
• Complete practical and written apprenticeship assignments with guidance from learning coach.
• Progress toward Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification through online learning and on‑the‑job training.
