A recruitment consultancy in Glasgow is looking for an enthusiastic Travel Co-Ordinator to manage travel bookings and resolve queries. Candidates should have excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. Experience in a fast-paced travel department is a plus, but not essential. The role offers the opportunity to improve processes within the team and engage with senior stakeholders.
First People Solutions require an enthusiastic, dedicated Travel Co‑Ordinator to join our established fast paced team. This role is ideally suited to a logically minded candidate with high volume administration experience. They should possess excellent organisational skills and be confident dealing directly with internal and external senior stakeholders. Previous experience within a fast‑paced Travel Department would be an advantage but not essential, however, the successful candidate must have strong interpersonal and organisational skills, good time management and an eye for detail.
The right candidate will be proficient in the above areas, confident communicating with colleagues at all levels within the organization and able to simplify detailed information so that it is easily understood by contractors/clients. They will continually strive to improve processes affecting their role and that of their colleagues and will be confident and persuasive when presenting these changes to the board.
