Job description

This is an excellent opportunity for a Travel Clerk looking to enter the travel and tourism industry and join a well-established local company. There will be plenty of opportunities for progression.

Some of your duties will include:

1. Co-ordinating luxury holidays overseas on behalf of a wide range of clients
2. Liaising with clients via telephone and email and dealing with general enquiries
3. Establishing client requirements, preferred destinations, and budget
4. Conducting research to source the best value flights, accommodation, and packages
5. Preparing client quotations, managing deposit payments, and booking holidays
6. Maintaining a computerised database system and ensuring information is accurate and up to date
