Job Description:

1. Customer Interaction: Working face-to-face and over the phone taking enquiries from customers.
2. Respond promptly: Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face.
3. Team Collaboration: Working in a small, friendly team of travel consultants.
4. Quoting and Booking: Quoting holidays for a wide variety of destinations and converting enquiries into bookings to reach targets and earn commission.
5. Customer Service: Handle all customer service complaints quickly and effectively, keeping your manager updated and escalating where appropriate.
6. Product Knowledge: Deal with dynamic packaging, tailor-made itineraries, and package holidays, ensuring the right holiday for your customer. Keep your product and brand knowledge up-to-date, with an in-depth understanding of the company's brochures and destinations.
