Calling all experienced Travel Professionals! Are you a Travel Consultant based in the Leicestershire area? Do you have a passion for travel? Would you like to be rewarded with an excellent basic salary? My client is a well-known independent agency keen to recruit a Travel Consultant to manage their telephone, e-mail, internet and face-to-face enquiries whilst pro-actively building rapport and turning enquiries into bookings. This is a fantastic move for a dynamic Travel Consultant to join a thriving company!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Working face-to-face and over the phone taking enquiries from customers
2. Respond to customer enquiries promptly whether by phone, email or face to face
3. Working in a small friendly team of travel consultants
4. Quoting holidays for a wide variety of destinations
5. Converting enquiries to bookings to reach targets and earn commission
6. Handle all customer service complaints quickly and effectively keeping your manager updated at all times, escalating where appropriate
7. Dealing with dynamic packaging/tailor-made itineraries as well as package holidays, to get the right holiday for your customer
8. Keeping your product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having an in-depth knowledge of the company's brochures and destinations.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
