Job Description:

We have a fabulous opportunity for candidates with solid travel administration skills to join a luxury travel organisation based in Cheshire on a full-time basis. This varied and interesting role involves checking supplier & client invoices, booking extra services for clients, and verifying tickets and final documentation.

This role is suited for a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail, capable of working well both as part of a team and independently. If you thrive on administration tasks and seek a fast-paced role within the travel sector, this could be the perfect position for you!

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.

Responsibilities:
  1. Checking supplier & client invoices
  2. Booking extra services post-booking for clients
  3. Checking tickets and final documentation
  4. Data entry
  5. Providing high levels of customer service and accuracy
  6. Performing other administrative and post-sale tasks as required
Skills required:
  1. Previous travel industry experience - essential
  2. Strong administration skills
  3. Working knowledge of Excel is advantageous
  4. Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
  5. Diligent, reliable, and an excellent communicator
  6. Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
