  • Prepare travel reports and data insights.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure service agreements are met.

Location: Primark House, Reading RG1 1TZ (hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Salary: £32,222 with 27 days annual leave (excluding bank holiday) plus the option to buy 5 more & pension

Contract: Mon-Fri; Full-Time; Permanent

The Travel Administrator, part of the Retail Operations Team, is a pivotal role supporting the travel logistics for our UK based colleagues, helping ensure all activities run smoothly, cost effectively and all in line with company policy.

What You’ll Do
  • Arrange and manage end-to-end domestic and international travel bookings including flights, rail, accommodation, and ground transport for employees.
  • Support with booking external venues for off-site meetings, training sessions, and company events.
  • Act as the first point of contact for travel-related queries from employees across the business.
  • Liaise with our Travel Management Company (TMC), airlines, hotels, and service providers to resolve issues and secure optimal arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate travel records and databases, including logs of bookings, travel spend, and policy compliance.
  • Prepare travel reports, data insights, and recommendations for management reviews.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
