Job Description:

Working closely with the General Manager and the homeworking team, the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including processing tickets, checking bookings, and responding to email enquiries from customers and the sales team.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential, along with a pro-active approach and good attention to detail. In return, our client offers a competitive salary plus excellent benefits. If this role interests you, please apply online.

Please note - this role is hybrid, with working hours of Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm, with occasional Saturday work.

Role of Travel Administration Support Executive:
  • Quality checking all booking elements prior to sending out confirmations
  • Processing and chasing tickets
  • Checking and sending confirmation/cancellation invoices
  • Correcting and amending existing bookings
  • Handling after-sales including refunds
  • Assisting in loading bookings during busy sales periods
  • Responding to email queries from customers and team members
  • Overseeing balance reports and collating staff sales and incentive payments
  • Supporting the General Manager with ad hoc tasks and projects
Skills required for the role:
  • At least 12 months experience in a similar travel admin role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • Proficiency in PC use and familiarity with reservation and booking systems
