Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations and manage staff within the Trauma & Orthopaedics service.
• Coordinate waiting lists, support consultants and guide service improvements.
• Ensure patient access standards are met and handle operational challenges.
• Lead change, analyse data and keep complex workflows on track during peak periods.
• Foster a proactive, organised team with effective communication and decision making.
