Homes2Inspire is seeking a Senior Residential Youth Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Derby. You will work in our residential children's homes, delivering nurturing support to vulnerable young people and contributing to safe, trauma-informed care plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with children and young people in a residential setting
• QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent as per Ofsted requirements
• Ability to work flexibly including evenings and weekends to meet operational needs

Responsibilities

• Providing support to the Deputy Manager and Home Manager on shift and performing senior duties as directed
• Helping to create a positive and safe environment for each young person
• Maintaining good professional practices in accordance with Homes2Inspire expectations and safeguarding standards
• Contributing to reviewing and implementing young person's care plans and risk assessments
• Forming effective relationships with young people, their families and external agencies
