Qualifications

• Undertake statutory social work tasks in adult mental health and substance use.

• PVG disclosure checks and safeguarding compliance.
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Carry out assessments and support planning for adults with mental health or substance use needs.
• Conduct risk assessments and risk management planning.
• Carry out Carers’ assessments and provide guidance to carers.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and provide advice and interventions when safeguarding concerns arise.
