Aberlour's Sycamore in Scotland is recruiting a Relief residential worker to join the relief pool, providing casual hourly cover for staff absence and busy periods.

You will support children and young people who have experienced significant trauma and help to keep the houses as nurturing family homes.

Sycamore is a national therapeutic residential service taking referrals across Scotland; PVG Scheme checks form part of recruitment.

Qualifications

• PVG Scheme check is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide cover during staff absence and particularly busy periods.
• Support children and young people who have experienced significant trauma.
• Help create loving, nurturing family homes where children feel safe and cared for.
• Support the permanent teams in the houses.
