Qualifications

• HLTA status (or equivalent) with proven SEND/SEMH experience in primary or nurture settings.
• Nurture expertise: knowledge of Nurture Principles, attachment theory, trauma-informed approaches, and Boxall Profile.
• Family-first approach with strong communication to engage hard-to-reach families.
• Safeguarding integrity with understanding of safeguarding procedures, CPOMS, and multi-agency processes.
• Calm under pressure with strong emotional de-escalation skills and a proactive approach to pupil well-being.
