Fortalice is seeking an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) in Bolton. The role is 18.5 hours per week, temporary until 31 March 2029 with possible extension, and pays £15.15 per hour (£14,574 per annum if full-time equivalent is considered).

Applicants should have SafeLives IDVA training or relevant experience and a strong understanding of domestic abuse and risk management. The position requires a driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel to venues.

• Requires SafeLives IDVA training or equivalent experience working with domestic abuse victims.

• Provide high-quality support to victims of domestic abuse, especially those at highest risk.
• Work within a multi-agency framework (e.g., MARAC and local partnerships) to advocate for and protect clients.
