• Proven leadership experience in a special school or complex educational setting.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and Ofsted framework.
• Ability to develop and implement a clear vision and strategic plan for school improvement.

Responsibilities

• Establish and sustain the school’s ethos, strategic vision, and direction.
• Lead curriculum design and implementation across subjects and phases.
• Develop and support staff through coaching and professional development.
• Ensure effective pastoral care and safeguarding partnerships with families and external agencies.
• Manage resources, including staffing, finance, and facilities, with compliance to regulations.
