Salutem Care and Education is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading our children's residential home. You will uphold high standards of care, safeguard, and trauma-informed practice.

You will lead staff, manage day-to-day operations, oversee care plans, risk assessments, and quality assurance, and contribute to recruitment, supervision, and training while ensuring regulatory compliance and safe, nurturing environments for children and young people.

Formación

• Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent required.
• Experience in residential childcare settings with safeguarding knowledge.
• Commitment to trauma-informed practice and positive behaviour support.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Registered Manager in leading the home to meet high care standards.
• Lead shifts, supervise staff, and contribute to recruitment and appraisals.
• Ensure care plans, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance are embedded.
• Promote safeguarding, staff development, and trauma-informed practice.
