Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Costs Draftsperson with solid knowledge of Legal Aid billing.
• Strong understanding of Claim1, Claim1A, Claim2, ECF, and detailed bills of costs.
• Experience in inter partes negotiations and public law claims is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare bills of costs.
• Submit outcomes and certificates via CCMS and CWA.
• Liaise with solicitors and counsel to negotiate settlements.
