Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Complex Emotional Needs Advanced Practitioners to work across Community Mental Health Teams in Bradford, Airewharfe and Craven. You will develop multi-agency care plans using a trauma-informed, person-centred approach and provide clinical consultation to a wide network of professionals.

The role emphasizes NICE guideline adherence and evidence-based practice such as DBT or SCM, within a multidisciplinary team and flexible working

Qualifications

• Essential qualifications listed in the job description for a Complex Emotional Needs Advanced Practitioner.
• Registration with appropriate UK professional bodies and relevant clinical accreditation.
• Experience in mental health settings with CEN and trauma-focused interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred, trauma-informed care and develop multi-agency care plans.
• Collaborate across Community Mental Health Teams, crisis services, police, ambulance and voluntary services.
• Offer clinical consultation and advice across localities.
• Support adherence to NICE guidance and evidence-based practices such as DBT/SCM.
• Engage in supervision and professional development activities.
