Job summary

You will produce reports, review care plans, and contribute to a supportive, regulated environment. The role includes sleep-in shifts and a commitment to safeguarding with DBS checks.

Qualifications

• Must have driving licence and vehicle for work purposes.
• Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
• Enhanced DBS clearance prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Plan shifts with Residential Support Workers.
• Ensure risks are managed according to policies.
• Communicate daily plans clearly with the team.
• Provide progress reports using paperless systems.
• Review care plans and related documentation.
