Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs.
• Strong communication with students, families and external professionals.
• Trauma-informed approaches and ability to deliver structured support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions for students with SEMH or behaviour needs.
• Support the development of personalised learning and behaviour plans.
• Promote emotional regulation, resilience, and positive decisionmaking.
• Work collaboratively with pastoral teams, parents/carers, and outside agencies.
• Contribute to a nurturing, inclusive Behaviour & Inclusion Centre within the school.
