Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (CNTW) in Morpeth is seeking two Band 6 Community Practitioners for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is full-time (37.5 hours, Mon-Fri 9am–5pm) with a salary between £39,959 and £48,117 per year.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical and communication abilities relevant to CAMHS and social care.
• Professional registration with NMC or equivalent for allied roles.
• Experience in trauma-informed and multidisciplinary settings.

Responsabilités

• Based within Northumberland Children's Social Care, NEWST supports understanding of a child or young person's presentation.
• Expand offer to support a wider cohort including Family Help, Edge of Care, and Children in Care.
• Provide assessment, formulation and risk assessment within CAMHS framework.
• Work across Health and Social Care with a trauma-informed, relationship-based approach.
