Keys Group in Cardiff is seeking an Assistant Psychologist to support therapeutic care for children and young people in residential services. The role involves working from home with travel to sites within the region, contributing to therapeutic practice and team collaboration.

You will engage with CPD and research activities, support supervision, and help embed the Keys Connect clinical model to enhance care across services.

Competenze

• Degree in Psychology or related field and relevant training.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a care setting.
• Experience recording information accurately and using IT systems.

Mansioni

• Contribute to assessment and therapeutic care for children and young people in Keys Group services.
• Promote and support therapeutic practice within the designated region using the Keys Connect model.
• Provide psychological interventions under supervision and draw on appropriate methods.
• Support collection and interpretation of psychometric assessments.
• Assist in delivering training on therapeutic approaches and share skills within the team.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision with a qualified Practitioner Psychologist.
• Maintain communication with Local Authorities, NHS services and other agencies.
• Participate in data collection, record keeping and governance processes.
