Join the trauma team at a leading NHS Foundation Trust as a Band 6 Nurse. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure trauma patients receive timely and appropriate care. Ideal candidates will have trauma nursing experience, but training is available. This role offers flexibility and the potential for permanent placement.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Band 6 who would like to join the trauma team at the Royal Albert Edward Infirmary.
The role involves working close with the MDT to ensure trauma patients receive appropriate care and timely interventions in accordance with appropriate pathways.
The successful candidate would ideally have experience in nursing trauma patients and have an understanding of emergency care pathways and patient flow on the acute site. However, training will be given if needed

The post holder will provide support and leadership within the Trauma Service contributing to service development and redesign to improve the patient’s pathway and experience.
