What You will Be Doing:

• Lead from the front—briefing and debriefing drivers and keeping communication clear and consistent.
• Keep the wheels turning, plan and manage vehicle loading and dispatch with precision.
• Drive continuous improvement, track driver performance using system, deliver coaching, and arrange development sessions with the Driver Standards Manager.
• Maintain service excellence, monitor payloads, telemetry systems, and ensure delivery targets are consistently hit.
• Stay ahead of the curve, collaborate with key teams to ensure full fleet availability and stock continuity.
• Keep the data flowing, accurately input daily fuel usage, driver worksheets, and generate purchase orders.
• Be the go-to leader, oversee warehouse operations and health & safety out-of-hours, ensuring smooth handovers and safe operations.

What You will Bring:

Must-Haves:

• Proven experience in a transport or logistics supervisory role.
• Strong leadership qualities with a hands-on, proactive approach.
• Comfortable with IT systems, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and distribution management tools.
• Excellent numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Background in a fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with transport systems like Isotrak and telemetry tracking.
• Experience managing warehouse operations and out-of-hours safety protocols.
