The transportation network supporting Amazon’s operations spans hundreds of countries, reaching millions of customers. Our Amazon Transportation Services team ensures products are efficiently transported before final delivery. As a Transportation Specialist, you will work closely with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure sufficient delivery vans are available, process new cases, and respond swiftly to escalations.

This role involves working in a rotating three-shift system, which may include Saturdays, night shifts, and on-call duties.

Key job responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to identify root causes and resolve issues promptly
• Produce and deliver reports on key delivery metrics
• Mentor or coach team members to develop new skills
• Maintain high work standards by following policies and procedures
• Continuously review processes for potential innovations

A day in the life

This position is office-based with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week, in line with Amazon’s current flexible work policy. Amazon encourages open communication about flexible work arrangements to accommodate individual needs.

As a Transportation Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving delivery performance issues that could impact our customers. You will understand the transportation team's challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address them. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders, including peers and leadership

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 CEFR)
