Data Analytics: Your analytical skills and structured approach will enable you to identify patterns, uncover opportunities, and translate them into practical, actionable improvements . Drive Innovation Through Data: Leverage data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks, forecast transportation needs, and proactively design scalable solutions that enhance delivery performance and reduce lead times

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field or relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Shipping/Transportation or Supply Chain.
• Proven track record in setting and achieving goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of ERP and/or TMS is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of carrier operations and costs across all modes including Less than Truckload (LTL), Truckload (TL), inter-modal, Freight Forwarding Air/Ocean, Parcel, etc.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a matrix management environment.
• Proactive with a strong commitment to ethical conduct, sound decision-making, and drive.
• Curious by nature and desire to develop.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong language skills, with negotiation-level English as a minimum.
