Transport Business Manager

Salary: £30ph

Location: Greater Manchester area

Contract: 3-month temporary (likely to be extended) to start ASAP

The successful candidate will oversee various aspects of site operations, including financial management, business development, strategic planning, and team management.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliant, efficient, and effective operations.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze reports, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and meet financial targets.
• Manage and develop the team, setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
• Identify business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and implement initiatives to expand the customer base.
