Job Description:

Amazon’s European Transportation Network Design team is responsible for improving the reliability, speed, cost, and carbon footprint of Amazon packages delivery in the EU, while managing double-digit growth in shipped volume annually.

As a Program Manager for Network Design, you will lead strategic initiatives and solve recurring problems related to delivery quality, speed, cost, and environmental impact. Your role involves developing new tools and optimizing processes to ensure scalability of the transportation network.

Key qualities include being data-driven, an excellent problem solver, capable of managing multiple projects, and effective at cross-functional collaboration across Tech, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance. You should be eager to learn and able to communicate complex topics to non-experts.

The position is based in Amazon’s European headquarters in Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define frameworks for trade-offs between quality, speed, cost, and carbon footprint
• Identify network inefficiencies where trade-offs are misapplied
• Develop proofs of concept to address issues
• Collaborate with BI and Software teams to automate solutions
• Establish mechanisms for ongoing review and optimization of the network
