Job description

London | Full-time | Fluent

E-commerce is booming — but independent brands still struggle to match the seamless logistics of giants like Amazon. At Bigblue, we’re on a mission to change that.

We help brands by democratizing best-in-class operations: scaling faster while delivering a five-star customer experience.

Since 2018, we’ve built a tech-driven logistics platform powering 600+ brands — from fast-growing DTC players to global names like MUJI, Aigle, and Cabaïa. With 200+ employees across Paris, Madrid, Berlin and London, our proprietary WMS (Warehouse Management System) Atlas, and a network of 9 warehouses across Europe, we’re solving logistics challenges that others haven’t dared to tackle — making fulfillment faster, smarter, and greener.

Backed by $20+M in funding and trusted by the next generation of e-commerce leaders, we’re scaling rapidly — from 10 million orders in 2024 toward ambitious enterprise expansion. The journey ahead is bold, and we’re looking for the right partner to help us lead the way.

At Bigblue, we hold ourselves to a very high bar: in the quality of our product, the rigor of our operations, and the care we bring to every merchant we work with. You'll be working alongside talented people on real, high-impact problems, in an environment where high standards come with genuine support, ownership, and room to grow. If you want your work to matter from day one, you’re in the right place.

About The Role

Bigblue is looking for a Transportation Manager to join Bigblue's newly formed transportation team, led by a former Amazon executive. The role represents a critical function within Bigblue Operations to continuously improve the service levels, capacities, costs and reduce the carbon footprint of our European transportation. This is a unique opportunity to have a meaningful impact on our customers and to get a 360 view on the e-commerce supply chain.

Missions
  • End to End owner of all Transportation processes from collection at Bigblue warehouses to delivery at final customer
  • Animate whole carriers portfolio through performance review and operations readiness
  • Lead and support continuous improvement or growth projects (find ideas & lead initiatives)
  • Work hand in hand with Data Analyst to develop and monitor full set of Transportation KPI
  • Support other Bigblue departments (Customer Care, Warehouse or Product teams)
  • Support the Head of Transportation in capacity planning, market research and sourcing of new carriers
Requirements
  • +2 Years of Supply Chain/ Transportation/Project Management related experience
  • Master's degree or higher in Business, Management, Transportation or other technical field
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written (french & english)
  • Proficient program manager, with experience scoping, leading and delivering moderately complex projects
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team
  • Customer centric. Must possess strong customer experience judgment
  • Proven analytical thinking with a natural tendency to use data in decision-making and prioritization
  • Experience in prioritizing multiple concurrent projects while still delivering timely and accurate results
Why join Bigblue
  • High impact role: Be at the center of our growth journey and help shape the team that will power Bigblue’s future.
  • Founders-led company with an innovative, caring culture.
  • Fast-growing scale-up: Join a well-funded, early-stage company where your work will have immediate and visible results.
  • International environment: Work across Paris, Madrid, London, and our European warehouse network.
  • Brand-new offices in the heart of Paris’ 9th arrondissement (biggest tech hub).
  • 10€ meal voucher per worked day (55% paid by Bigblue) + unlimited free snacks at the office.
  • ClassPass membership for fitness & wellness.
  • MacBook or any setup you need — your choice of equipment to do your best work.
  • 100% health insurance coverage with Benefiz.

Because we believe that challenging assumptions and embracing diversity in experiences and backgrounds is what makes us stronger.

Because what we value first and foremost are curiosity and growth-driven minds. So, regardless of who you are and how many “boxes” you tick on the job description, if you have the energy and passion to help shape Bigblue’s entrepreneurial adventure
