Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple roadway design projects from development through construction
• Ensure compliance with ALDOT and FHWA design standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Supervise and mentor junior staff across disciplines and locations
• Lead project delivery, contract preparation, bidding, and construction oversight
• Coordinate technical accuracy and enforce QA/QC measures
• Represent the firm in meetings, presentations, and community engagements
