Job summary

AltaMed Health Services seeks a Transportation Coordinator to plan, organize, and coordinate daily transportation for PACE participants. You will work with the transportation clerk, dispatcher, and driver to schedule services and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.

Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year coordinating a program, healthcare experience, EHR experience preferred, a valid BLS, and bilingual skills depending on location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Minimum 1-year experience in coordinating a program.
• Experience working in the health care field and/or geriatrics setting required.
• Electronic Health Records preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location preferred.
• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.

Compensation

$25.75 - $32.19 hourly
