Job Description
How will you contribute?
  • You will be responsible for a team of up to 100 Drivers as well as administrators, managing cost-effective daily Transport plans.
  • Oversee vehicle defects and repairs, ensuring thorough vehicle reports are created.
  • Ensure Health & Safety measures are adhered to at a high standard for all employees on shift and RIVO.
  • Monitor TUPs, compliance, and perform general administration duties in line with transport legislation, company policies, and procedures.
  • Handle disciplinaries, investigations, behavioral audits, and absence management.
  • Maintain good customer/client engagement skills to liaise with your team and Senior Management, ensuring smooth service operations and high-standard reporting.
What will you bring?
  • Pre-existing management experience is advantageous, alongside transport knowledge.
  • Organised, hard-working, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communicator, able to develop good relationships within the Transport Team and with customers.
  • Level-headed attitude in a pressurised environment; computer literacy is essential.
  • Transport Management CPC (national and international) preferred.
