Job Title: Transport Team Manager

Location: Bellshill

Pay Rate: £15.99 per hour

Shifts: Friday, Saturday and Sunday night

Ignition Driver Recruitment are looking for reliable, experienced Transport Team Managers to join our team and play a vital role in keeping the supply chain moving.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our client's Home Delivery Network and as an experienced leader, your experience, drive and determination will be utilised well within this challenging and rewarding role.

What You'll Do:

• Liaise with clients & customers alike
• Work with and help manage the Drivers
• Manage and develop accident reduction initiatives
• Manage role related KPI's
• Work closely with the Warehouse and Planning teams
• Work on an ever-changing Transport plan to ensure the smooth running of daily deliveries
• Assist with ensuring 100% compliance

What You Need:

• Previous experience working within Transport, Warehousing and Logistics is essential
• Demonstrable shift manager/team leader experience
• PC skills and ability to use Microsoft Office as well as industry-related software
• Must be a UK resident to be considered for this opportunity
