Shift Patterns:

• Monday to Saturday (Rolling rest days)
• Start between 8AM - 4PM

Pay Rates

• Standard £14.40

We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Team Leader to join our team based in Glasgow. You will be part of a small team responsible for overseeing the delivery network using both HGVs and Vans. The operation runs 364 days a year and offers a fast-paced environment ideal for starting a transport career.

As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Admin work / Data input
• Interaction with drivers
• Liaising with customer service and third parties via email and phone
• Overseeing van routes to ensure smooth delivery
• Managing driver workloads and resource allocations
• Controlling and managing KPI requirements
• Promoting safe health and safety practices
• Overseeing daily operations of HGVs and Vans routes
• Reporting to Transport Management
• Providing ongoing training, including health and safety, manual handling, and driving assessments
